Registration Refund Policy
Southern Connection organizers will refund your registration fees, minus a US$50 Processing Fee and Wire Transfer Charges of the recipient bank, if your cancellation notice is submitted in writing and postmarked before January 15, 2010. NO REFUND will be granted if the cancellation notice does not bear a clear identifiable postmark of January 15, 2010, or earlier.
Refunds will be processed by Southern Connection organizers following the meeting. DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND BEFORE MARCH 15, 2010.
