Can I submit and abstract and then register?
No. In order to submit an abstract you will need your Meeting Registration Code which will be provided after registration.
How do I know if my online registration was successful?
Once you finish the online registration process, you will receive an e-mail which confirms your registration and assigns you a Meeting Registration Code. You will need this code for abstract submission.
What should I do if I don't receive the confirmation e-mail after registering?
If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail after registering it is probably because:
a) the e-mail address you provided is not correct
b) you haven't attached the proof of payment where indicated
If a), you are probably successfully registered, so contact us so that we can send you your Meeting Registration Code.
If b), your registration is incomplete and you should try again, but this time you should attach the proof of payment.
If neither a) or b) is your case, please contact us.
Can several registrants make a joint wire transfer?
Yes. If you make a joint wire transfer bank charges per capita will be reduced. If you choose this option, each registrant involved should register individually attaching the same shared proof of payment. Also, you should contact us listing the names of the registrants who are registering together.
Do I need a visa to visit Argentina?
